The following preparation is one that I have worked on and refined over the past 10 years. It is designed to both provide exceptional sources of nutrition but also balance energy while providing a natural detoxification component to cleanse the gut.
The ingredients include:
Medium banana
Cup of strawberries or blueberries
One spoon of greens “energy”
Two tablespoons of liquid chlorophyll
One tablespoon of Udo’s Oil
One tablespoon of peanut butter
One heaping scoop of rice protein
One serving of yogurt - flavour as to taste
Put in blender with approx. 6 oz water and enjoy.
The following is a list of vitamins and supplements that I would suggest would be of benefit. The aging process is truly a matter of progressive inflammatory breakdown leading to disease and immobility. All supplements should serve to either increase energy or decrease inflammation. Macca which is a super food, for energy, and
