Recipe: Energy/Detoxification Shake


The following preparation is one that I have worked on and refined over the past 10 years. It is designed to both provide exceptional sources of nutrition but also balance energy while providing a natural detoxification component to cleanse the gut.


The ingredients include:


  • Medium banana

  • Cup of strawberries or blueberries

  • One spoon of greens “energy”

  • Two tablespoons of liquid chlorophyll

  • One tablespoon of Udo’s Oil

  • One tablespoon of peanut butter

  • One heaping scoop of rice protein

  • One serving of yogurt - flavour as to taste


Put in blender with approx. 6 oz water and enjoy.


The following is a list of vitamins and supplements that I would suggest would be of benefit. The aging process is truly a matter of progressive inflammatory breakdown leading to disease and immobility. All supplements should serve to either increase energy or decrease inflammation. Here is what I suggest:


  • Good daily multi-pack ,

  • the best omega 3 complex you can find,

  • Curcumin with bioperine for inflammation,

  • Macca which is a super food, for energy, and

  • Ligament/joint Restore from health food store.
